The way i changed my life forever

As a kid growing up i was always the tall, lanky kid. I never had any problems about my weight and i could eat anything i ever wanted!! How great would that sound for most people out there? but when i became older i began to be made fun of for the same thing that i thought was great. I was to skinny and weak and every guy wants a nice body especially me...I started lifting weights in college and began to see a drastic change when i began to stay committed to my routine... after a while i got so interested in this that it became my life. So i am here today to give you some of my top tips to stay in shape whether it be weight loss or muscle gain...
1. Workout with a friend...working out with a friend can be big motivation for not only you but someone you care about...encourage each other and this will help with workout intensity
2. Make a set time for working out...this is good because it keeps you disciplined and always on track...
3. exercise outdoors when you can...this is great because you get to show off that bod that you have been working hard on and nature is so beautiful
4. Try new fitness activities...this is great because you will never get bored with just watching those weights going up and down.....do some kickboxing....or taebo...its fun and you can get some laughs out of it.
5. Build variety into your program. Not only does this make it more interesting, you'll actually work different muscle groups, or the same muscles but in a different way. The challenges we create for our body in adapting to new types of exercises results in a fitter and stronger body. Change your program every 6 weeks

Here are some books and websites that not only motivated me but pointed me in the right direction

fat loss for idiots- a great diet program that is simple and easy to follow
burn the fat- this is a great site because the man involved with it one of the most knowledgable people i have ever known...plus he is a natural bodybuilder which i have much respect for that
put on pounds of muscle- I love this guy because he and i were the same person when we were young...but we both became fanatics of fitness...he has some great tips to getting bigger
sixpack abs- great way to get six pack abs....i know i loved these tatics
